On arrival you will clear immigrations, customs and proceed to the arrival lounge where you will meet your local Australian EduGuide. This afternoon you will proceed on a sightseeing tour of Brisbane City with a stop at Kangaroo Point Lookout, South Bank Parklands passing by Brisbanes Story Bridge, Queen Street Mall, Parliament House and visit to Koala Park Sanctuary as you proceed to your Gold Coast hotel.

After breakfast this morning you will kayak across the tranquil blue waters of the Gold Coast to Wavebreak Island and South Stradbroke Island. Explore the unique coastal ecosystem on land and sea. Encounter wildlife - dolphins, stingrays, reptiles, wallabies, native birds and colorful sub-tropical fish. Connect with the land and its people with indigenous guides. Brethe in the fresh air, soak up the wonderful scenery as your guided kayak paddles a short way across the calm blue water.

Reward your hearty appetite with a picnic lunch on the beach; indulge in the fresh fruit and tasty damper bread served with traditional fruit jam and billy tea, while your guide shares ancient stories about the island.

Now its time to immerse yourself in the warm waters, snorkel, feed the sub-tropical fish, or soak up the fun from the golden shoreline of South Stradbroke Island. Your aboriginal guide will help you discover how to collect bush tucker as he paints a picture of the aboriginal lands and wildlife as it has been over thousands of years. Your guide will also point out swamp wallabies - unique to this island and the other wildlife you encounter along the way.

The paddle back home is just 30 minutes, not enough time to reflect on this awesome adventure and your newfound insight into an ancient culture.

After breakfast this morning proceed for a full day's excursion to Dreamworld. Let your hair loose as you scramble aboard its many exhilarating rides.

Late this evening you will visit Springbrook Natural park, a most unusual geological feature created over millions of years by water tumbling through the roof of a basalt cave. Natural Bridge is home to an amazing colony of glow-worms, whose light can only be seen after sunset. Lookouts and lush rainforests also grace this World Heritage listed haven. Take the short circuit walk to the natural arch over Cave Creek.

After breakfast this morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Sydney. On arrival in Sydney you will proceed on a sightseeing tour of the city, see Hyde Park, Sydney Harbor Bridge, The Rocks, Mrs.Macquaries Chair, the Botanic Gardens and the Opera House and Sydney Tower.

After breakfast this morning you will be transferred to Megalong Farm. The farm itself is very laidback. It's a place to discover the joy of simplicity. See the ducks waddle with the elegant swans. Learn about the geese and the goats and sit around for an Aussie BBQ lunch of tender steak, lamb, chicken, potatoes and garden fresh salad with crusty bread.

After lunch take an hours horse ride past the pioneers bush farm and pastures and then along into the pristine wilderness area with its extensive views and a chance to see a family of kangaroos.

After breakfast this morning you will travel to Blue Mountain National Park with a photo stop with the Three Sisters, then go on rides at Scenic World. Ride the worlds steepest scenic railway down the valley and return by cableway. After lunch explore the quaint town of Katoomba.

Early this evening you will be transferred back to Sydney for a spot of shopping at a local mall followed by a farewell dinner.

After breakfast this morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. Return home with happy memories of your Outlearn Overseas School Trip.
