Day 01: Fly India - New York
Welcome to New York City - The Big Apple

On arrival at the, you will be transferred to your hotel to wash, change and freshen up after a long inter-continental flight. The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax at the hotel and acclimatize to your surroundings.

Day 02: New York
After breakfast this morning, you will proceed on a full days sightseeing excursion of Upper & Lower Manhattan. View the most famous neighborhoods, attractions and places of interest: Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Macy’s, Empire State Building, Ground Zero, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street, Battery Park South street seaport. After lunch you will proceed to the statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. Continue to the ‘Top of the Rock’ observation Deck at the Rockefeller Center, Drive past the lower East Side, see the United Nations building, Carnegie Hall, the Broadway theatre District and much more.

Day 03: New York
After breakfast this morning you will proceed to a reputed Broadway theatre to participate in the Broadway Scene Study and Character Development Experience:

Ever wonder how professional actors approach a play? Geared to all skill levels, this workshop will demonstrate how one should approach scene work and character development. Broadway professionals will address basic techniques such as characterization, objectives and given circumstances, as you learn by doing.

After lunch this afternoon you will continue your Broadway experience by participating in an Audition Workshop Experience:

This mock audition will offer you an insight into the professional world of “getting the gig”. Structured much like a real audition, you will be encouraged to perform a short selection (musical or monologue) and then receive constructive criticism in a master class format.

Day 04: New York
After breakfast this morning you will transfer to Radio City – the largest indoor theatre in the world. Its marquee is a full city block long and its auditorium measures 160 feet from back to stage and the ceiling reaches a height of 84 feet. Radio City is unlike any in the world, A place of beauty offering high quality entertainment to elevate and inspire.

Go backstage and get an insiders view of New York’s premier entertainment venue. The stage is considered by technical experts to be the most perfectly equipped in the world. It comprises of three sections mounted on hydraulic-powered elevators which make it possible to create dynamic sets and achieve spectacular effects. The shimmering gold stage curtain is the largest in the world, see the ‘Mighty Wurlitzer’ organ whose pipes range in size from a few inches to 32 feet. See the original mechanisms still in use today which make it possible to send up fountains of water and bring down torrents of rain. Learn how fogs and clouds are created by a mechanical system which draws steam from a generating plant nearby.

After lunch this afternoon you will proceed to a Broadway theatre to catch a matinee show of one of the many world class musicals / drama performances.

Day 05: New York - Washington DC
After breakfast this morning you will transfer by road to Washington DC – The Capital of the United States of America.

Officially founded on July 16, 1790, Washington DC is unique among American cities because it was established by the Constitution of the United States to serve as the nation’s capital.

After 217 years as the Capital of the world’s oldest democracy and most powerful country, Washington DC is a place brimming with unique history, It has developed as a complex and layered city with multiple personalities.

After lunch at a local restaurant, you will proceed to the world famous ‘National Air & Space Museum’ of the Smithsonian museum to view the largest collection of aircraft and spacecraft in the world consisting of over 30,000 aviation related and over 9000 space related artifacts.

Day 06: Washington DC
After breakfast this morning you will proceed on a full day guided tour of Washington DC.

Visit the Lincoln & Washington memorials, see the Capitol building. After lunch continue your tour by driving past the White House, Kennedy Center and Arlington Cemetery.

Day 07: Washington DC
After breakfast this morning you will be transferred to the Newseum; the world’s most interactive museum where five centuries of news history meets up to the second technology on America’s main street. The Newseum’s 14 major galleries and 15 theatres will immerse you in the world’s greatest news stories – the people, the places and the time.

After lunch you will proceed to the harbor for a cruise on the Pontomac River.

Later this evening you will have some time free for shopping at a local mall.

Day 08: Washington DC - New York Airport
After breakfast this morning you will be transferred to your airport in New York for your flight back home. Lunch will be served en-route at a local restaurant.

Return home with happy memories of your Outlearn tour and of new friends made afar.
